Conferences and Facilities Sudima Hotel Lake Rotorua’s conference and banqueting facilities provide the ability to host up to 170 guests at a banquet dinner or 300 guests theatre style in the Baycrest room.
The Summit Room, located on the first floor of the hotel, is ideal for private boardroom meetings of up to 20 pax and offers natural light and magnificent views over Lake Rotorua.
The Delta Room, also with natural light, is located on lobby level and is ideal for small meetings and theatre style presentations of up to 90 guests. The Delta Room also makes a great dining venue for up to 70 guests.
Technical Facilities State-of-the-art audio-visual facilities are provided by our in-house AV provider. The latest in vital audio-visual and event staging services are supplied to international standards and cover the following event types: conferences, meetings, gala dinners, exhibitions, product launches, award ceremonies and performances.
Sudima Lake Rotorua has 250 rooms and is set on the shores of beautiful Lake Rotorua and short stroll to the city centre and Energy events centre. We provide free parking, indoor heated swimming pool and spa pools, restaurant, bar, and lobby shop.
